Shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at furniturewholesaler.net. You’ll receive notification immediately after the order is confirmed and when it ships. For changes after an order has been placed, please whatsapp Customer Care at (852)9442 1350.
Most of our furniture needs time to tailor made, we will send out the product within 14-18 business day after the order has been received.
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® credit cards. Only one credit card will be accepted as we are unable to process an order on two separate credit cards.
Your credit card is processed in two steps. At checkout, we authorize the credit card for the full amount. We only charge your credit card when the order has been delivered.
The size and weight of your online purchase are factors that help us determine the most efficient delivery method.
Standard Shipping – We ship smaller, lighter items via courier or mail (e.g. SF express, Hong Kong Post). Items may require assembly. You’ll receive notification as soon as the order ships.
In-Home Delivery – furniturewholesaler.net will deliver larger items via our cooperated shipping service.(Only deliver to the floor which can be reached and accommodated by the lift)
Within two business days of placing an order, you will be contacted to schedule In-Home Delivery. Please arrange for an adult to be present when the truck arrives. We understand timing is important, so if you need to reschedule the date, contact the delivery provider as soon as possible at the phone number listed in your order confirmation.
Delivery of Your Purchase
For a damage issue with a Standard Shipping, please whatsapp Customer Care at (852)9442-1350 for parts and service. All damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
For In-Home Delivery Items, please take a moment at the time of delivery to thoroughly inspect all items. You may refuse to accept any broken or damaged items by making a notation on the delivery receipt. For any other items, you should note defects or damages on the delivery receipt and immediately report any product defects or damages by whatsapp the Furniture Wholesaler team.
How to calculate delivery fee?
When your spending* is at or above HK$2500, you will be entitled to free delivery service. For spending* less than HK$2500, you should pay for the individual item delivery fee.
furniturewholesaler.net takes great pride in the products we sell and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and want to make a return, please follow these guidelines so we can better assist you.
What should be noted before returning the product?
Please raise out the request of return within 24 hours after received the quality problem product with the photos.
Include but not limited to used or personal reason or any damage of the product are not eligible for return.
Goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it. Please include the followings: the product and all included accessories. Please also ensure the package is undamaged, tags are intact and attached to the item, and if any of these are damaged, they are deemed to be non-returnable.
If Furniture Wholesaler does not receive the product within 7 days from the received date, we may reject your request of return. Each order only allows return once.
